Hey girl, I’m Sarah Ann Sargent!
I’m so glad you’re here. I’m married to my best friend Michael, bonus mom to Ella and Eva, and mama to our sweet baby girl, Maggie, who was born in September 2025. This season of life has completely reshaped the way I see and photograph newborns.
Most days you’ll find me editing in my grandpa’s old pajamas, coffee in hand, music playing softly in the background. I love slow mornings, meaningful memories, and helping families preserve the moments that pass far too quickly.
Lele & Beane are what my parents want to be called instead of Grandma and Grandpa. Cute right? It felt fitting for a business rooted in family, legacy, and the love that grows with each generation.
As your newborn photographer, I’m here to make you feel calm, supported, and confident so you can focus on what matters most, loving your baby and soaking in these fleeting days.

The Real Backstory
Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been a hopeless romantic and Disney-loving artist inspired by painting, photography, & music.
After graduating with a Bachelors in Fine Arts in 2012, I traveled to 11 countries in 11 months on a Christian mission trip called The World Race to live & work alongside the world’s poorest people. Our goal was to help others — but those I lived and worked alongside instead helped me more. I learned that when we are true to ourselves and walk in love, that’s when Jesus uses us the most.
After that trip, I worked for Adventures in Missions where I was an executive assistant, member care for our long-term missionaries, and created international logistics platforms. It was here that I learned my emotionally driven, artful self was actually quite in love with organization & logistics (and you need BOTH in a photographer!)
Now, as a wife, stepmom, and mother, I understand how tender and overwhelming life’s transitions can be. Becoming Maggie’s mom reshaped everything for me, especially how I approach newborn photography. I know how quickly these days pass, and how important it is to feel supported while they’re being preserved.
Every session I photograph is rooted in care, calm, and intention, so your memories are captured gently, thoughtfully, and without rush.

I launched Lele & Beane in 2017 and it’s grown into something I can’t even fathom. Most days I pinch myself because I’m so honored to be where I’m at today. I’m running a life-giving job that I’m so thankful for with fabulous clients that allow me to capture love on a daily basis.
